Rezultati i raspored kvalifikacija Azije za SP 2006.


Šest pobjednika
prvog kruga plus poraženi sa najvišim rankingom (Laos) pridružilo se 25 reprezentacija koje su raspoređene po skupinama.

Pobjednici tih osam skupina ulaze u zadnju fazu kvalifikacija u kojoj će biti podijeljeni u dvije skupine po četiri iz kojih će prvoplasirani i drugoplasirani izboriti SP 2006., dok će trećeplasirani igrati međusobno dvije utakmice (kod kuće i u gostima), pobjednik igra protiv četvrte reprezentacije Srednje i Sjeverne Amerike.
